INDICATIONS AND USAGE<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

LuciCapma is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have a mutation that leads to mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) exon 14 skipping as detected by an FDA-approved test. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION <\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Select patients for treatment with LuciCapma based on presence of a mutation that leads to MET exon 14 skipping. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Recommended Dosage: 400 mg orally twice daily with or without food. <\/span><\/p>\n

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS <\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD)\/Pneumonitis: Monitor for new or worsening pulmonary symptoms indicative of ILD\/pneumonitis. Permanently discontinue LuciCapma in patients with ILD\/pneumonitis.  <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Hepatotoxicity: Monitor liver function tests. Withhold, dose reduce, or permanently discontinue LuciCapma based on severity. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Pancreatic Toxicity: Monitor amylase and lipase levels. Withhold, dose reduce, or permanently discontinue LuciCapma based on severity. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Hypersensitivity Reactions: Withhold or permanently discontinue LuciCapma based on severity. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Risk of Photosensitivity: May cause photosensitivity reactions. Advise patients to limit direct ultraviolet exposure. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: Can cause fetal harm. Advise patients of the potential risk to a fetus and to use effective contraception. <\/span><\/p>\n

ADVERSE REACTIONS <\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The most common adverse reactions (\u2265 20%) are edema, nausea, musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, vomiting, dyspnea, cough, and decreased appetite.<\/span><\/p>\n

DRUG INTERACTIONS <\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Strong and Moderate CYP3A Inducers: Avoid concomitant use. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

USE IN SPECIFIC POPULATIONS <\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lactation: Advise not to breastfeed. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Storage <\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dispense in the original package with the desiccant cartridge. Store at 20\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C (68\u00b0F to 77\u00b0F), excursions permitted between 15\u00b0C and 30\u00b0C (59\u00b0F and 86\u00b0F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from moisture. <\/span><\/p>\n

Discard any unused LuciCapma remaining after 6 weeks of first opening the bottle.<\/span><\/p>\n
