See full prescribing information for LUCIVENET.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>INDICATIONS AND USAGE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">LUCIVENET is a BCL-2 inhibitor indicated: &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;For the treatment of adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;In combination with azacitidine, or decitabine, or low-dose cytarabine for the treatment of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults 75 years or older, or who have comorbidities that preclude use of intensive induction chemotherapy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;See Full Prescribing Information for recommended LUCIVENET dosages. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Take LUCIVENET tablets orally once daily with a meal and water. Do not chew, crush, or break tablets. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Provide prophylaxis for tumor lysis syndrome.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>DOSAGE FORMS AND STRENGTHS <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">Tablets: 100&nbsp;mg\u00d7120 tablets<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>CONTRAINDICATIONS <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">Concomitant use with strong CYP3A inhibitors at initiation and during rampup phase in patients with CLL\/SLL is contraindicated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:14px;line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS): Anticipate TLS; assess risk in all patients. Premedicate with anti-hyperuricemics and ensure adequate hydration. Employ more intensive measures (intravenous hydration, frequent monitoring, hospitalization) as overall risk increases. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:14px;line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Neutropenia: Monitor blood counts. Interrupt dosing and resume at same or reduced dose. Consider supportive care measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:14px;line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Infections: Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection and treat promptly. Withhold for Grade 3 and 4 infection until resolution and resume at same or reduced dose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:14px;line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Immunization: Do not administer live attenuated vaccines prior to, during, or after treatment with LUCIVENET until B-cell recovery. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:14px;line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: May cause embryo-fetal harm. Advise females of reproductive potential of the potential risk to a fetus and to use effective contraception.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:14px;line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Treatment of patients with multiple myeloma with LUCIVENET in combination with bortezomib plus dexamethasone is not recommended outside of controlled clinical trials. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>ADVERSE REACTIONS <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">In CLL\/SLL, the most common adverse reactions (\u226520%) for LUCIVENET when given in combination with obinutuzumab or rituximab or as monotherapy are neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, diarrhea, nausea, upper respiratory tract infection, cough, musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and edema. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">In AML, the most common adverse reactions (\u226530%) in combination with azacitidine or decitabine or low-dose cytarabine are nausea, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, constipation, neutropenia, febrile neutropenia, fatigue, vomiting, edema, pyrexia, pneumonia, dyspnea, hemorrhage, anemia, rash, abdominal pain, sepsis, musculoskeletal pain, dizziness, cough, oropharyngeal pain, and hypotension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>DRUG INTERACTIONS <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:2px;margin-right:27px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors or P-gp inhibitors: Adjust dosage of LUCIVENET. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:2px;margin-right:27px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Strong or moderate CYP3A inducers: Avoid co-administration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:2px;margin-right:27px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;P-gp substrates: Take at least 6 hours before LUCIVENET.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:2px;margin-right:27px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>USE IN SPECIFIC POPULATIONS <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Lactation: Advise women not to breastfeed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">\u2022&nbsp;Hepatic Impairment: Reduce the LUCIVENET dose by 50% in patients with severe hepatic impairment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\"><strong>Storage <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:20px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#3f3f3f\">Store at 20\u2103&nbsp;to 25\u2103&nbsp;(68\u2109&nbsp;to 77\u2109), excursions permitted between 15\u2103&nbsp;and 30\u2103&nbsp;(59\u2109&nbsp;and 86\u2109) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
